Refund policy

At Biomim, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@mybiomim.com. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mybiomim.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided after approval.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
